Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Website.
  2. The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the website www.dompracownika.com/regulamin in a form that allows the User using the Website to store, save, and reproduce them free of charge.
  3. Terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
    a) Administrator – Bożydar Starzyk conducting business under the name “Genialne Techniczne Rozwiązania Bożydar Starzyk”, ul. Młynarska 7, 01-205 Warsaw, NIP: 5223119060, e-mail: biuro@dompracownika.com
    b) Terms and Conditions – this document made available on the Website,
    c) Website – the website located at the address specified in section 2 above,
    d) User – an entity using the Website.

§ 2 User Rights and Obligations

  1. The User uses the Website free of charge and voluntarily.
  2. Use of the Website is equivalent to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Each User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, and good practices, taking into account personal rights and intellectual property rights, in particular copyrights belonging to the Website Administrator or third parties, and in a manner that does not interfere with the functioning of the Website.
  4. The following is prohibited:
    a) providing false or misleading information or personal data,
    b) disseminating false, unlawful, or immoral information regarding the content published on the Website or regarding the Administrator,
    c) infringing upon the personal rights of the Administrator or third parties in any way,
    d) interfering with the operation of the Website, including modifying the Website’s code, using or uploading viruses, unauthorized extensions, and other mechanisms that may negatively affect the operation of the Website, or the software or devices of the Administrator or Users.
  5. To use the Website, the User must possess a device with internet access and a web browser.

§ 3 Electronic Services

  1. The Administrator provides electronic services to the User via the Website.
  2. The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, for an indefinite period:
  1. for accessing the Website – upon successful launching of the Website in the User’s device browser window or upon the User using a redirect leading to the Website;
  2. for using the Website’s functionalities – upon the User utilizing a given service.
  3. Under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions, the agreement for the provision of electronic services is terminated in the event of:
  1. accessing the Website – upon the User leaving the Website;
  2. using the Website’s functionalities – upon ceasing the use of a given functionality or upon the User leaving the Website.
  1. The use of electronic services is free of charge and voluntary, but necessary to browse the Service.
  2. Electronic services are of a one-time nature and end when the User ceases to use a given functionality of the Website or leaves the Website earlier.
  3. The User may terminate any agreement for the provision of electronic services at any time, without giving any reason, with immediate effect.
  4. The Administrator has designated a contact point that can be reached via e-mail at the address specified in § 1 above.

§ 4 Complaints

  1. User complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted to the e-mail address specified in § 1 above.
  2. A complaint should contain a detailed description of the grievance and the User’s e-mail address to enable sending a response.
  3. The Administrator may request additional information from the User required to formulate a response.
  4. The Administrator shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

§ 5 Limitation of Liability
The Administrator is not liable for errors, improper operation, or unavailability of the Website resulting from or related to circumstances beyond the Administrator’s control.

§ 6 Final Provisions

  1. Detailed information regarding the rules of personal data processing, including information on User rights related to the processing of personal data, as well as the rules for using cookies, can be found in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, it is assumed that none of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limit the rights of a consumer or a sole proprietor with consumer rights under the law applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to have such a character, the mandatory provisions of applicable law shall apply directly.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions enter into force upon their publication on the Website or on another date specified in the amendments.
  5. The governing law is Polish law.
